Former Australian opening batsman Matthew Hayden has lauded Tigers’ sensational pacer Mustafizur Rahman’s brilliant bowling performance as he is playing for the franchise team Sunrisers Hyderabad in the ongoing lucrative IPL tournament.
He said, “In my opinion, Jasaprit Bumrah and Mustafizur Rahman are the two best bowlers in the IPL so far. Both of them are outstanding bowlers . The two young men are well ahead of everyone else in this IPL tournament. ”
Hayden also worked as a commentator during the Asia Cup 2016 and watched closely Mustafizur’s bowling performance.
The former Aussie southpaw opener said, ” I saw Mustafizur’s awesome bowling during the Asia Cup. He bowled brilliantly by all means. He bowled well in lifeless wickets and also can bowl accurately in any pitches of the world. He has a great cricketing brain there is no question about that. He could read the batsmen’s mind very quickly. Which is amazing for someone like a 20-year-old pacer.”
